let me explain it to you, i just want to apologize because i was about to report someone for doing an illegal purchase on steam but i accidentally reported your steam account instead of him, which i already make an appeal to the steam admin and they told me that your steam account will be permanently suspended if you can't make an appeal.

so how do i appeal
